The <a href="http://www.saarc-sec.org">South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation</a> (SAARC) Gender Infobase has been set up as a joint initiative of the seven member countries: [Pagelink infos="Gender Equality in Gender Equality in Bangladesh|Gender Equality in Bangladesh"], [Pagelink infos="Gender Equality in Gender Equality in Bhutan|Gender Equality in Bhutan"], [Pagelink infos="Gender Equality in Gender Equality in India|Gender Equality in India"], Maldives, [Pagelink infos="Gender Equality in Gender Equality in Nepal|Gender Equality in Nepal"], [Pagelink infos="Gender Equality in Gender Equality in Pakistan|Gender Equality in Pakistan"] and [Pagelink infos="Gender Equality in Gender Equality in Sri Lanka|Gender Equality in Sri Lanka"] ([Pagelink infos="Gender Equality in Gender Equality in Afghanistan|Gender Equality in Afghanistan"] is a later member), in collaboration with [Pagelink infos="United Nations Development Fund for Women (United NationsIFEM)|United NationsIFEM"].
