</p><p>Men Stopping Violence works locally, throughout the US, and internationally to dismantle belief systems, social structures, and institutional practices that oppress women and children and dehumanize men themselves. <br />

<ul><li>Men Stopping Violence trains, clergy, corporations, physical and mental health practitioners, legal, criminal justice and military personnel and other leaders by providing training and consultation services for individuals, groups and organizations locally, nationally, and internationally. <br />
</li><li>Men Stopping Violence's intervenes with individual men through telephone contacts, Information Meetings, courtroom interventions, 24-week classes, and an ongoing Community Restoration Program for men who complete the 24-week curriculum. <br />
</li><li>Public Education campaign<br />
</li><li>Men Stopping Violence seeks to identify, educate and mentor the young men who will become the next generation of male allies in this movement. The Men Stopping Violence Internship prepares young men to become agents of social change in all areas of the lives -- their communities, on campuses, in their workplaces and their faith communities. <br />

<h2 id="w_beacuse-we-have-daughters-campaign">Beacuse We Have Daughters Campaign<br /></h2>
<p>BWHD provides an opportunity for men to learn what it is like to live with the knowledge that women and girls have that they may be assulated by someone they know. The training helps men to realise how this shapes women's reality. BWHD activities build awareness of the need to provide space for girls to expand to their full personhood. Both fathers and daughters get opportunities to practice assertiveness and to challenge aggressive behaviors.<br />
